- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. For on-line bookings, this must be paid via a credit or debit card.
- Cancellations up to 1200 hours, two days before the day of arrival will result in a loss of deposit.
- Cancellations after 1200 hours, two days before the day of arrival will be charged to your credit/debit card at one nights accommodation or loss of deposit (whichever is the greater).
- Non-arrival will be charged to your credit/debit card at one nights accommodation or loss of deposit (whichever is the greater) and your reservation cancelled.
- Changing the dates of your booking, or reducing the number of nights or guests up to 1200 hours, two days before the day of arrival, is permitted, but your original deposit will be held (no pro-rata refund) and any subsequent cancellation charges will be based on the original booking.
- Accounts become payable in full on departure, when your account balance reaches EUR 1000 or at the request of the management (whichever occurs first).
- We will make every effort to provide the services and facilities described on the website for the duration of your stay, but cannot be held responsible if any of these are unavailable for any reason.
